Janice Rose Jennings, 81, of Selbyville, DE, passed on January 27, 2020. She was born on January 27, 1939 to her late parents, James W. Brown and Rose Marie Lease Brown. Prior to moving to lower Delaware to be with her family, Janice was a long-time resident of Newburgh, NY.
Janice was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She loved her family and always wanted to know that everyone was okay. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved going to seniors’ group while living in NY and developed several friendships that continued even after her move to Delaware. While living in Delaware at Brandywine she developed many cherished friendships with residents and staff. Her favorite activities at both places were celebrating birthdays, special luncheons and playing bingo. She loved playing bingo and taking trips to the casino. She will be missed and loved forever by her family and friends.
