Obituary of Cynthia Jean Eisen
Cynthia Jean Eisen, a resident of Laurel, DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, the 27th of March, surrounded by her family.
Cynthia was born in 1953 to the late Donald and Barbara Fent, and enjoyed a career teaching English literature at Nazareth College of Rochester in New York.
She loved spending time and traveling with her beloved husband, antiquing, scrapbooking, and sipping a hot cup of tea while reading a good murder mystery.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, George, her sisters, Jayme Tucker and Laurie O’Hare, her daughters, Gabriella Fahrer (Jay), Sivan Perdue (Cory), and Talia Eisen, and her four cherished grandchildren, Aviva, Calder, Baila, and Amaris.
A funeral service will be held at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury on Friday, March 29th, 2019 at 11:00am, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the PRMC Foundation for the RAHCI at Ocean Pines, 100 East Carroll St., Salisbury, MD 21801.
