Shelby Jean Ennis, 82 of Salisbury, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Born in Salisbury, MD, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mildred Harrison Lowe.
Shelby worked as the activities coordinator for Salisbury Nursing Home for many years. She enjoyed planting flowers, teaching ceramics, singing, dancing and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Shelby loved to laugh and had a loving spirit with a smile that was contagious. She also enjoyed caring for her beloved cat, Frisky.
She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Schaefer (Gordon) and Patty Iott; granddaughters: Kim Mulder (Chad Taylor), Amy Clark and Kristina Iott; great-granddaughters, Makayla Lee, and Brianna Clark and her brother, Jack Lowe (Barbara).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Edward Ennis.
Services and interment will be private.
