Joan Patricia Reynolds

Joan Patricia Reynolds, 80, of Eden, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center.   Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Leo Patrick Feeney and Thelma Hill Feeney.

 

Joan had previously worked for Montgomery Wards and was a model for the former Benjamin's and Hess Apparel.  She was a graduate of Wicomico High School in 1959.  In her younger years, she was very active at Salvation Army and in the late 1970's she was a Girl Scout leader.

 

Joan is survived by her loving daughter, Kimberly Joy Norman (Allen) of Eden;  a granddaughter, Mallory Norman of Eden; a brother, Patrick Leo Feeney (Jeni) of Salisbury; two sister-in-laws, Ruth Feeney of Laurel, DE and Bonnie Feeney of Salisbury; brother-in-law, Raymond Biron; two nieces, Cindy Green (Neal) of Seaford and Bonnie Ellen McDonald (John) of Wake Forest, NC; three nephews: Charles P. Feeney (Nicki) of Pottsville, PA, Scott Green (Michele) and Todd Green (Stacy); great nieces, Tiffany of Seaford and Lauren McDonald of NC; great great nieces, Kelsy Jones & Lilah Feeney; and great nephews, Daniel (Andi), Ryan & Matt Feeney.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband whom she married in 1962, Ronald Paul Reynolds; a sister, Lorraine Biron; and two brothers, Douglas and Charles Feeney.

 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at 2:00 pm at the Holloway Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Parsons Cemetery in Salisbury with Rev. Dr. Edward C. P. Feeney officiating.
