Wayne J. Ensor, 72, of Snow Hill died on January 24, 2018 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born on November 28, 1945 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Meyer Brinn and Evelyn Kepper.
He was a graduate of Dulaney Senior High School in Baltimore. Following graduation he was drafted in the US Army. Over his lifetime he worked as an Auxiliary Officer with the Salisbury Police Department, in the collections office of PRMC and as a Sales Representative for Bennett Pest Solutions. Wayne was an avid amateur radio operator, call sign K3WJE. He was member of the Peninsula Radio Operators Society where he was a Past President.
In addition to his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Suter Clark.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 22 years, Marguerite Hayman Ensor; two brothers, William Suter and his wife Frieda of Greensboro and David Suter and his wife Susan of Lansdowne; two sisters, Betty Suter Heath of Texas and Mary Reckert and her husband John of Charlottesville, VA as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Holloway Funeral Home, Salisbury. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
