Glenda Fooks Bradley, 66, of Salisbury, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Josiah Fooks and Ida Mae Adams Fooks.
She was a member of the Wicomico Yacht Club, Redman’s Lodge in Fruitland, and the Elks Lodge. She worked for International Hearing Systems for 8 years, retiring in 2015 as office manager. Prior to this, she worked for Easy Cash of DE as a Collection Manager. Glenda enjoyed her home in Florida, boating, fishing, playing golf, slots, her children and grandchildren.
Glenda is survived by her loving spouse of 49 years, George Prettyman Bradley; two daughters, Jaime L. Bradley of Salisbury and Karen E. Campbell (Brian) of Fruitland; two granddaughters, Keagan Dailey and Karli Dailey; and a brother, Albert Fooks of Jacksonville, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and brother in law, Joanne (Robert) Hill; and her aunt & uncle who raised her, Dorothy & Grover Hastings.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Springhill Memory Gardens near Hebron with Rev. John Tyler officiating.
