Louiseann (DeZao) Klacik, 77, of Salisbury, Maryland, passed away on January 5, 2018. Born and raised in Orange and West Orange, New Jersey,
Louiseann graduated from West Orange high School . She received a Bachelor and Master Degree from Newark State College (what is now Kean University). Louiseann taught neurologically impaired students in New Brunswick NJ, and in Bergen County schools for 33 years. She lived in Green Brook and River Vale NJ, with her beloved husband Gordon who predeceased her. Upon retiring they moved to Salisbury, MD and Chincoteague, VA. Louiseann continued to help children through tutoring and volunteering. Most recently at St. Francis church school where she read to the children.
She was also predeceased by her brother James DeZao, and her parents Louise and Jim DeZao. She is survived by her sisters, Christine Rennick of Brielle, NJ,and Jackalyn Conahan and brother in law Michael Conahan of Hillsborough, and 6 neices and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews whom she was devoted to.She is also survived by many dear friends and her sister in law Linda Klacik Romeo of NJ and her family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church in Salisbury with calling one hour prior to the service at the church.
