Norma Lee Webster-Carr, 86, of Salisbury, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017, peacefully at Delmar Villa’s in Delmar. Born on September 5, 1931 in Salisbury, MD, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Pauline Burbage Dennis.
Norma was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Salisbury. She enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening, dancing with Norman and traveling with Bill. Most of all Norma enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and special friend Alan.
Norma is survived by her son, George Lee Webster and his wife Linda; four granddaughters, Melissa “Missy” Powell and husband Bryan, Leigh Ann Blades and her husband Eric, Hailey Dunn, and Robynn Powell; two brothers, William “Bill” Dennis and his wife Barbara, Paul “Rusty” Dennis and his wife Doris; nine great grandchildren, Mary Jane, Melissa Amanda, Nicholas, Jonathan, Alexis, Brian, Addie, Daxton “Little Man”, Caden and special friend Alan White.
In addition to her parents, Norma is preceded by a daughter, Lisa Jane Dunn, her first husband, Norman Richard Webster, her second husband Bill Carr, and two brothers Burbage Dennis and Sammy Dennis.
The family would like to extend a special heartfelt thanks to her faithful caregiver, Diane Hall.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2017 at 2 pm at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with Pastor Andrew Morgan. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private at Turner's Cemetery.
